Returns and Cancellations

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 business days of receipt.

To initiate a return, send an e-mail to info@bmr.energy or call 719-459-3399. You will be required to provide your order information.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the merchandise is shipped back to us in the original, unopened, packaging, and in new, unused condition.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will verify the condition of the returned item or items and issue an appropriate refund. The refund will be for the original purchase amount less the amount of shipping to the customer and any return shipping charges not paid for by the customer.  Additional fees may be fees incurred.

We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in this manner and condition.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on any returned or canceled orders.

Shipping

The shipping rates quoted on Blue Mountain Reserve’s website are for the contiguous United States of America (lower 48 states). Please contact us for rates outside this area. In addition, there may be additional shipping charges for rural locations, liftgate service, ferry charges, or other unforeseen issues. Dirt road delivery may not be available.  Delivery is only for curbside delivery.  If you need inside delivery or anything other than the curbside, please contact us.  Please inspect your deliver for damage, before signing a receipt or bill of lading.  Do not sign for damaged items unless you’d like to keep them.
