Major A Preventive Maintenance Service — Liquid Cooled Diesel, 200–300kW

Comprehensive annual preventive maintenance performed on site by a qualified technician.

Includes: full inspection of the generator set and automatic transfer switch, including engine oil and coolant levels, belts, hoses and clamps, fuel level and fuel system condition, and wiring at both the generator and transfer switch; battery load test and terminal service; controller and fault-code review; exercise schedule verification; run off load; engine oil and oil filter change; air filter replacement; primary and secondary fuel filter replacement; water separator element replacement and system priming; leak check and final operational verification.

A written service report documenting all findings, readings, and completed work is provided the following business day.

Not included: engine oil, filters, and other consumable parts, billed separately. Coolant service, transfer switch testing, and load bank testing are quoted separately.

Additional work identified during the visit will be quoted separately for approval. Prices are those in effect at the time of service.
