Annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement - 60-200kw Gaseous

Annual preventive maintenance agreement covering one Major A service per twelve-month term on the gaseous liquid-cooled standby generator listed on this order.

Each visit includes engine oil and oil filter change, spark plug inspection and regap, coolant condition test and top-off, battery load test and terminal service, fuel system check including regulator lock-up pressure and verification of supply pressure under load, belt and hose inspection, controller fault-code and exercise-schedule review, full visual inspection of unit and enclosure, operational run test, and ATS transfer test with written results. All consumables required at this interval are included. A written service report is delivered within five business days for owner and compliance records.

Spark plug replacement is not included annually — plugs are replaced at 500–1,000 run hours or 8–10 years calendar, whichever comes first, and quoted when due. Air filter replacement is not included annually and is quoted when due per the manufacturer's published interval. Coolant service is due on a calendar interval and is quoted separately; if scheduled with this visit, no second trip charge applies.

Excludes repairs, battery replacement, load bank testing, valve adjustment, and any parts beyond the consumables listed. Additional work identified during the visit is quoted separately for approval.

Trip charge is included for the service address on this order. Service is performed on a scheduled regional route date; BMR contacts you in advance to confirm the service window. Requests for a specific date outside the scheduled route are subject to the applicable trip charge.

The agreement term begins on the date of startup and commissioning and runs twelve months, auto-renewing at the rates in effect at the time of service unless cancelled in writing 30 days prior. Pricing shown on this quotation reflects current rates and applies to the first term; subsequent terms are billed at the rates in effect when the service is performed.
