935 CFM at 125 psig on a Cummins B6.7, with a 92-gallon tank that keeps it running through a full shift without a fuel truck. Still holds 696 CFM at 205 psig. Pipeline, mining, large-scale blasting and anywhere the alternative is renting three machines and three operators. Stock units ship with the aftercooler and centrifugal separator fitted.
Every MOBILAIR shares the same core engineering. The large, slow-turning SIGMA PROFILE® airend delivers 15–20% more air per gallon of fuel than comparable units, which is the single biggest line item over a machine's life. The anti-frost valve holds discharge air temperature high enough that ambient moisture will not freeze in the tool, protecting air motors and extending tool service life. Heavy-duty chassis and canopy resist corrosion; package airflow is routed to keep the engine cool under load; and the cold-start battery means the unit turns over in winter. Towable models ride on torsion bar suspension with even weight distribution.
