600 CFM at 125 psig, and the six-cylinder Deutz does it at 1450 to 1800 rpm - low enough that the machine is genuinely quiet at 76 dB(A) and sips fuel relative to its output. Off-load drops to 1300 rpm. This is the size for utility contractors running multiple large tools, deep foundation work and sustained abrasive blasting. Stock units ship with the aftercooler and centrifugal separator fitted.
Every MOBILAIR shares the same core engineering. The large, slow-turning SIGMA PROFILE® airend delivers 15–20% more air per gallon of fuel than comparable units, which is the single biggest line item over a machine's life. The anti-frost valve holds discharge air temperature high enough that ambient moisture will not freeze in the tool, protecting air motors and extending tool service life. Heavy-duty chassis and canopy resist corrosion; package airflow is routed to keep the engine cool under load; and the cold-start battery means the unit turns over in winter. Towable models ride on torsion bar suspension with even weight distribution.
