First of the powerhouse frames. 405 CFM off a direct-drive Deutz TCD 3.6, with a 45-gallon tank and off-load speed dropping to 1500 rpm so it is not burning fuel while the crew repositions. Pipeline work, large sandblast pots, multiple rock drills - this is the size where a single machine replaces a bank of smaller ones.
Every MOBILAIR shares the same core engineering. The large, slow-turning SIGMA PROFILE® airend delivers 15–20% more air per gallon of fuel than comparable units, which is the single biggest line item over a machine's life. The anti-frost valve holds discharge air temperature high enough that ambient moisture will not freeze in the tool, protecting air motors and extending tool service life. Heavy-duty chassis and canopy resist corrosion; package airflow is routed to keep the engine cool under load; and the cold-start battery means the unit turns over in winter. Towable models ride on torsion bar suspension with even weight distribution.
