The C-D6 diesel range is a fully integrated standby package for homes and light commercial sites where diesel is the right fuel — no gas service, long unattended run time, or a requirement for on-site stored fuel. A rugged 4-cycle liquid-cooled industrial diesel engine drives a Cummins alternator under PowerCommand® control inside a sound-attenuated, weather-protective aluminum enclosure.
Features and benefits

- Alternator. Several sizes offer selectable motor starting, with low-reactance 2/3 pitch windings, low waveform distortion under non-linear loads, and fault-clearing short-circuit capability.
