The Onan QG 5500 through 7000 series is the standard fit for larger coaches — a 90-degree V-twin turning at constant speed, sized to start and hold two rooftop air conditioners with capacity left over for the microwave and everything else. Available in gasoline and LP vapor, it is the set most Class A and larger Class C motorhomes are built around.
