The Onan Quiet Diesel series draws from the coach's own diesel tank, so there is no second fuel to carry and no LP bottle to run dry — the reason it is the standard generator on diesel-pusher Class A motorhomes. A liquid-cooled engine under a sound-insulating housing runs at constant speed on a vibration-isolated mount, and the set is sized to carry multiple rooftop air conditioners at once.
